TerraCube Bulgaria and Black Sea
Quickly assess the geology of Black Sea with well and seismic data
Viridien’s regional well and seismic database, with associated suite of value-added products, allows exploration teams to rapidly assess the geology of the Black Sea. The workstation-ready Bulgaria and Black Sea regional seismic datasets are navigation-corrected, zero-phased and amplitude-matched, with regional well-tie seismic interpretation. A large portion of the 2D seismic data has been reprocessed from field tapes using modern techniques, including SRME, radon de-multiple and pre-stack time migration, and shallow water de-multiple algorithms. These reprocessed data are complemented by a suite of enhanced 2D seismic data.
Bulgaria Database Highlights
In association with the Bulgarian Ministry, we present an extensive database of reprocessed and enhanced 2D seismic and well data. These data have been integrated to resolve the complex geology offshore Bulgaria.
- 6,390 km of 2D PSTM seismic data reprocessed from field tapes
- 2,830 km of enhanced original 2D seismic data
- 885 km of 2D scanned and reconstructed seismic data
- 22 well and seismic montage packages
- Regional seismic interpretation tied to wells
Black Sea Database Highlights
The Bulgaria seismic and well database is complemented by a regional set of 2D seismic data that provide further insight into the overall geology of the Black Sea.
- 5,071 km of 2D PSTM seismic data reprocessed from field tapes
- 5,943 km of 2D scanned and reconstructed seismic data
- Four well and seismic montage packages
